As head of marketing at MFGS, Inc., Jackie Schnupp oversees the initiatives,
strategy, and budget for campaigns supported by her team throughout the year. With more than 10
years’ experience in management, Jackie has the ability to nurture teams and develop processes from
concept to fully operational status, effectively managing change while ensuring the highest levels
of quality in delivery.
Immediately prior to joining MFGS, Inc. as a digital and content marketing manager,
Jackie administered all large-scale operational and budgetary deliverables around marketing program
execution for Big Data at Micro Focus International.
Jackie also previously served as a professional solutions manager for Hewlett
Packard. Within two years of promotion to the role, she increased the number of contracts in her
purview from two to six, by demonstrating efficiencies and excellence in standard and repeatable
processes, across such functions as asset management, order management, production coordination,
content coordination, and research and development. Headcount increased from 11 to 42 direct-report
employees, located in California, Idaho, Georgia, Texas, and Canada.
Upon her graduation from college, Jackie spent three years as the only female HVAC
estimator in Boise, ID, reviewing blueprints and complex project specifications in the preparation
of bid packages for RFPs by general building contractors.
Jackie graduated magna cum laude from Boise State University, earning a BA in
English and a certification in Technical Writing. A fifth-generation Idahoan, she and her husband
live in Star, Idaho and have three children.
