Head of Sales and Engineering
Bill Bacci oversees new license sales, first year support, and technical sales engineering for all government secure accounts. He has over 30 years of experience leading technical and sales teams in global companies with complex business models. Bacci has been an integral leader in many different roles across Hewlett Packard, Micro Focus, and MFGS, Inc. He currently supports all license revenue, hires key personnel, and provides integrated solutions for customers.
Prior to joining MFGS, Inc., Bacci served as the DOD and intel sales manager for Micro Focus Government Solutions and helped lead the merge of the entire secure sales team into the company.
Bacci also previously served as the sales vice president for Hewlett Packard and the chief technology officer for Hewlett Packard’s Government Division, helping to double sales through technology evangelism and introducing new technology into the government sector. He also ran the professional services team where he successfully developed the introduction of commercial best practices into the federal space.
Bacci began his career at Citicorp Consumer banking as vice president for global communications, leading projects that rolled out global banking networks, application modernizations, and structuring.
Bacci earned a Bachelor of Science from Iona College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Marymount University. He also earned a CISSP and ITIL Master. He resides in Virginia with his wife and their three children.
