CCTV analytics with Micro Focus IDOL gave Auckland Transport a proactive way to manage road network incidents, providing insight into travel times, patterns, trip frequencies, and demographics. The result? 1.4 million citizens experienced safer conditions on Auckland’s roads. Over the last four years of implementing these changes, the city saw an increase in customer satisfaction from 81 to 91 percent.
