He joined HP from ICOR Partners, an award-winning management consulting start-up with a focus on transforming Federal IT Management and has taken several companies from start-up through successful acquisitions.
David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science for the University of Maryland, lives in Annapolis Maryland with his wife and twin daughters and enjoys golf, fishing, and boating.

John is a former Federal technology executive, and has spent 30 years at Federal and Fortune 1000 organizations. During his 14 years at Accenture, he served clients globally designing, developing, and operating innovative solutions in customer care, infrastructure operations, financial systems, and logistics. John has more than a decade of helping deliver innovative Federal programs to agencies throughout the Federal government including DoD, DHS, Commerce, and HHS. Jamie A. Delco is a Senior Solution Architect with the Fortify Federal Secure Team, supporting the Department of Defense and US Intelligence Community. Prior to this, Jamie was the Principal Software Security Consultant for the Fortify Federal Team, where he supported some of the IC’s largest Fortify deployments and earliest Enterprise DevSecOps environments.
Henry J. Sienkiewicz is a senior executive focused on the intersection of emerging technology and humanity. As federal employee, his roles included serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Designated Authorizing Authority (DAA) for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). DISA is the provider of information technology services for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), its mission partners, and the Executive Office of the President (EOP).
He is currently volunteers as the President of the Arts Club of Washington (www.artclubofwashington.org), the oldest arts non-profit within the District of Columbia, a member of the Board of Directors for CyLogic, a highly secure cloud computing company; an adjutant faculty member at Georgetown University; and consulting for a select number of technology companies.
Prior to joining federal service, Henry served as an executive with multiple technology companies, primarily in the travel industry. In 2013, ComputerWorld named Henry as a Premier100. He is a retired member of the federal Senior Executive Service (SES) and retired Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel.
Henry is a best-selling author in cyber security and philosophy; his works concentrate on the intersection of technology and humanity. His most recent book is “The Art of Cyber Conflict,” an Amazon best-seller doctrinal piece that uses Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War” as a baseline to understand cyber.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, and Masters of Science from the Johns Hopkins University.
Karla Robertson is a Solution Architect at Micro Focus. With over 25+ years of industry experience she works with some of the largest Public Sector agencies in the US to evangelize and promote automation, DevOps trends, and application delivery management solutions. She resides in Maryland and has a passion for technology and fitness.
Dean Tagle is the Sr Director of Cloud and DevOps Services for Astadia, Inc. Dean has been with Astadia for 10 years, and has built a strong team with extensive knowledge in all areas of Cloud, DevOps, Testing, Data Migrations, and Security services. His 30 years of experience in the technology field and starting out as a Systems Deployment Specialist, was the foundation of him understanding practice systems design and architecture. Dean also has a passion for oil painting which he has enjoy his entire life.

Gary Passaglia is a Principal Solution Consultant for Intact technology, a premier Micro Focus Partner. Gary has over 20 years of experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) as both a consultant and a customer of Micro Focus solutions. He has worked at Intact over the last 10 years helping customers improve their operational processes, gain deeper visibility into the health of the services they deliver, support the convergence to hybrid cloud. He also helps customers embrace the data and cultural transformation that aligns to the new service centric model for how internal/external customers consume products and services.
His experience as a customer of the Micro Focus solutions has a given him a keen understanding of the challenges customers face in achieving the business outcomes they stive for. In his spare time, Gary is active in youth sports programs and enjoys playing guitar, golf and spending time with his children.
Steve is a well known IT leader in both Federal, commercial, and non-profit arenas. Having served three Presidents, he was the first CIO of DHS, most recently the CIO of the Department of Commerce, and has held numerous other Federal CIO positions. He was also the CIO of the American Red Cross during Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma, and led the introduction of a call center for service delivery and their first governance model for IT. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the Navy.
Paul Kurtz is an internationally recognized expert on cybersecurity since his work on cybersecurity at the White House in the late 1990s. He served in senior positions relating to critical infrastructure and counterterrorism on the White House's National Security and Homeland Security Councils under Presidents Clinton and Bush. After leaving government, Paul has held numerous private sector cybersecurity positions including founding the Cyber Security Industry Alliance, Executive Director of SAFECode, and CISO of CyberPoint International.
Stephan Jou is CTO of Interset at Micro Focus, and leads both the development of ArcSight Intelligence, a leading-edge cybersecurity and In-Q-Tel portfolio company that uses machine learning and behavioral analytics, and various analytics-related initiatives for Micro Focus’ security division. Jou currently leads both Interset and various analytics-related initiatives for Micro Focus’ security division. Previous to Interset, Jou was at IBM and Cognos where he led the development of over 10 products in the areas of cloud computing, mobile, visualization, semantic search, data mining, and neural networks. Jou holds a M.Sc. in Computational Neuroscience and Biomedical Engineering, and a dual B.Sc. in Computer Science and Human Physiology, all from the University of Toronto.
He has held advisory positions on NSERC Strategic Networks and is involved in setting goals for NSERC Strategic Research Grant research topics in the areas of analytics and security for Canada, and was an invited participant to represent Canadian industry in 2018’s G7 Multistakeholder Conference on Artificial Intelligence and in 2020’s consultation with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada on regulation of AI for data privacy.
Brent and his team design and implement Micro Focus solutions to meet Zero Trust Architecture requirements, and increase resilience to cyber attack. Brent works with CxO’s and security stakeholders to reduce the blast radius of an attack by moving their agency to a least-privilege model for access.
Brent and the TriVir team have architected and deployed identity and governance solutions to help agencies expand the perimeter of their internal and external-facing security beyond the network and into Identity. Brent currently assists agency leads as a trusted advisor to modernize FICAM and facilitate agency mission objectives through cloud-enabled identity governance services.
Mr. Humphrey, worldwide director and CTO for Micro Focus’s flagship AI for unstructured data and file analytics product, IDOL, oversees product management and innovations to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
He has over 25 years’ industrial experience with artificial intelligence technology. From 1996 he held the positions of Head of Engineering and then Managing Director for Neurodynamics, before it was acquired by Autonomy Corporation in 2005. Now part of MicroFocus, he continues to provide analytics solutions for government agencies and major corporations around the globe. Prior to this, Mr. Humphrey was an Electronic Hardware Engineer in multiple industries including machine vision, supercomputing and instrumentation.
Mr. Humphrey graduated with a BSc (Hons) in electrical and electronic engineering from The University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of engineering and technology. His current location is Cambridge, England.
