Cynara Releford

Cynara Releford is responsible for overseeing all company employee engagement activities, in addition to recruiting, hiring, and personnel matters. She also supports the license sales and engineering team in lead tracking and process implementations. As an extended partner to the marketing team, she provides digital content support in creating, developing and maintaining the resources library and events calendar for the MFGS, Inc. webpage working with the social media manager.

Releford was influential in supporting the transition during the second merger phase of MFGS, Inc. She has been instrumental in continuing to building the cultural of MFGS, Inc. by leading the Advisory Council and being a member of the Governance Committee. Releford has expanded on the company’s philanthropic efforts to local communities within the DMV (DC, MD, VA) areas, in addition to giving back nationwide during COVID-19.

Releford is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in the area of human resources, accounting, and corporate support functions within the information technology arena for private industry and government contracting. In addition, she is a notary public for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

She resides in Reston, VA and enjoys working with local nonprofit charities in her spare time.
